Court Rental

Wooly’s courts can be rented for $30 an hour when they are not being used for tournaments, leagues, or training. Please check the calendar below for current hours & availability. If you have any questions please see Facility Rules or email us at info@woolysbeach.com.

Court rentals are open through the end of October.

RULES FOR ONLINE COURT RENTALS

  1. Court rentals can not exceed 4 players through 10/31. 
  2. Court rentals can only be made as far out as 10/31. 
  3. NO SPECTATORS will be allowed inside Wooly’s during court rentals.
  4. All court rentals must be made and paid for online. 
  5. If you are not playing a mask is mandatory inside of Wooly’s court yard.
  6. All players must social distance from staff and guests not in your rental party.
  7. All alcoholic drinks must be kept in the patio area, no alcohol will be allowed in the sand.
  8. All rentals must be a minimum of 1 hour.

WHILE YOU ARE AT WOOLY’S

We are taking extra precautions to help keep you safe & healthy when you visit Wooly’s, please do your part by following these rules.

WEARING A MASK

Please wear a mask when you enter & exit Wooly’s. While a mask is not mandatory on the court, we do ask that you wear one when you are off the court or when you are unable to keep a 6 feet distance.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Please do your best to social distance from people not in your party, when you are unable to keep a distance please wear a mask.

BRING YOUR OWN WATER

At this time Wooly’s will not provide a public drinking area. We are asking that players bring all their own water/drinks. Please keep in mind it is getting warmer so bringing an ice chest with extra drinks is recommended.  (See FACILITY RULES for a complete list of what is allowed.) 

PATIO CLOSED TO SPECTATORS

While our patio will be closed to spectators players will be able to put their coolers and bags in the patio area. Each player will be provided a separate & spaced out area for their belongings. The public courtyard next to Wooly’s is open but not regulated or cleaned by Wooly’s.

EXTRA PRECAUTIONS

We will be taking extra precautions at Wooly’s that include:
– sanitizing common areas frequently
– sanitizing balls, net rims & pole pads
– sanitizing seating areas frequently
– providing a hand washing station with soap & hand sanitizer
– providing hand sanitizer in the restroom
– sanitizing the restroom frequently
– separate entrance & exit so groups do not cross

We have successfully been reopen since 5/1 and appreciate everyone helping us stay open by following our rules.

Terms of Service

By reserving a time on the courts we guarantee you the time slot reserved in return for the reservation fees.

Reservation Policy

  • Online reservations can only be made 4 hours in advance of the desired date and time. Please email us to make a reservation that is less than 4 hours in advance. info@woolysbeach.com
  • There is no limit to reservations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the original reservation time in order to qualify for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the original reservation may receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within the 24 hour period before the original reservation time will not be able to be refunded.

Rescheduling Policy

  • To reschedule a reservation please email us at  info@woolysbeach.com
  • Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the original reservation time may be done at no charge.
  • Rescheduling requests made between 24-48 hours before the original reservation will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
  • Rescheduling requests cannot be made within the 24 hour period before the original reservation time and will not be able to be refunded.

Weather Policy

  • Since we are all at the mercy of the weather, if the courts are unable to be played on, we can either refund or reschedule your reservation at no charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide volleyballs or do we need to bring our own?
We have balls here that we provide, but you are welcome to bring to your own.

Do you have a lost and found?
We try to do our best to make sure lost items get back to their rightful owners. Unfortunately not everything gets found or brought to us. As a result we cannot be responsible for lost property.

Why do I need to cancel my reservation more than 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund?
By creating your reservation, you make it impossible for someone else to book the same date and time. Most bookings happen a week or more in advance of the desired time. As a result it can be difficult to get the court time re-booked. 48 hours gives us a little time to try and get the reservation re-booked.

Why will I be refunded 50% if I cancel within 24-28 hours of my original reservation time?
Similar to the answer above, it is even more difficult to get that time re-booked.

Why can’t I get a refund if I cancel within 24 hours of my reservation?
Canceling within 24 hours means that it will be almost impossible to get your time re-booked.

Why will I be charged a rescheduling fee if I make a request within 24-48 hours of my original court time? 
Similar to our cancellation policy above, it is difficult for us to get the court time re-booked by another guest.

Why am I unable to reschedule or get a refund within a 24 hour period before my reserved court time?
