Wooly’s Beach Team

We provide small group training for developing and elite athletes.

Year-round training is broken into 4 programs:
FALL BEACH:  September – November
WINTER BEACH:  December – February
SPRING BEACH: March – May
SUMMER BEACH: May-June

TOURNAMENTS

The main competition season runs January-June with the season culminating in Southern California with National Championship events. California is followed by an off-season August-mid September and then Fall Beach begins.

FALL BEACH

The Fall Beach Program starts mid September and runs for 10 weeks.  Athletes practice 2-4 days a week and the focus is on individual skills and fitness. Private lessons are also available for individuals or teams.

COACH: TIM “WOOLY” WOOLIVER

Tim competed as a professional beach volleyball athletes for over 10 years.  Turning Pro in 2000, Tim competed both on the domestic and international level during his career. Tim played on the AVP from 2000 to 2010 and was a main draw player from 2007 to 2010. Tim retired from competing in 2014 to focus on sharing his knowledge and love of the game with young athletes wishing to pursue their dreams.
